Join us for an educational workshop on nourishing your body while on HRT! 🏳️‍⚧️🌞 Learn how you can support and care for your body during this powerful time. ❤️

This workshop is a collaboration with the Guelph Community Health Centre. The GCHC provides low-barrier health care, wraparound supports & community programs. Hive Health Services is a gender affirming care clinic within GCHC.

This is a hybrid workshop, you can choose to attend in person or virtually. If you choose to attend in person no registration is required. If attending virtually, please email Kate (She/Her) at kholton@guelphchc.ca for the zoom link.

Out on the Shelf is located in 10C, a community hub in Guelph. 10C is an accessible space with elevator access and gender neutral washrooms. They also encourage a scent free environment.
