Services Provided

Smoke Break provides free virtual, bilingual peer support by and for 2S/LGBTQIA+ community members who want to quit or cut back on smoking tobacco or vaping nicotine, using a harm reduction approach. We offer individual and group peer support, and free Nicotine Replacement Therapy delivered to participants.

Eligibility:
– Identify as 2S/LGBTQIA+
– 18 years of age and older
– Live in Canada
– Experience smoking commercial tobacco and/or vaping nicotine
– Access to internet, a device that can connect to it, and an email account

Accessibility

Services are delivered online. Participants can opt to keep their camera off, communicate by chat, and/or access automated captions and transcriptions. Smoke Break is also neuro-affirming.
