We provide anti-oppressive trauma informed therapy support for neurodivergent Two-Spirit, Indigiqueer, LGBTQIA+ and nonspeaking people throughout Ontario who are 13+. Krystal is a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, which means they support people in exploring their nervous system in order to understand themselves and the world around them. Monica is a certified S2C Practitioner, and has training in Relationship Development Intervention (RDI). In addition to offering therapy to individuals, Monica can support parents/caregivers, and nonspeaking people (6+ years) with communication access.

Krystal offers walk and talk therapy in person or online (14+), and is registered as a NIHB and MNO provider.
