I am a somatic trauma therapist based in downtown Guelph, offering in-person and virtual therapy for adults across Ontario. I work with 2SLGBTQIA+ clients who have experienced difficult childhoods, trauma, grief, or challenges around identity, belonging, meaning, and spirituality. My approach is queer-affirming, gender-affirming, trauma-informed, and grounded in body-based and contemplative practices.
Sessions are $165 each.

The building where I offer in-person sessions is not wheelchair accessible. However, I offer outdoor sessions locally, including Walk & Talk and nature-immersion sessions, at accessible locations where possible. I am also available for virtual sessions throughout Ontario.
