I provide affirming psychotherapy for 2SLGBTQIA+ adults, teens, and children (5+) in Guelph-Wellington using a client-centred, trauma-informed approach.

My work focuses on anxiety, authenticity, and living in line with clients’ values, supporting them in building lives that feel meaningful and true to who they are. I especially enjoy working with people who are new to therapy or who haven’t found the right fit in the past, creating a warm, collaborative space where clients feel safe, respected, and genuinely heard.

I use an integrative approach, drawing from a range of evidence-based therapies, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT), play therapy, as well as other modalities to tailor therapy to each client’s unique needs and goals.
