Gender Affirm Guelph with Dr. Jiwa is a gender affirming clinic that first opened in 2020 and later amalgamated with the ARCH clinic. We are now returning to our original model of care where we can provide compassionate OHIP-covered gender affirming care to our community as well as those living in other parts of Ontario. Our care is offered by skilled doctors and nurses both virtually and in person. There are no fees for services – it is fully covered by OHIP. We see patients aged 12 and up.
