Empower yourself this Pride with a Self-Defence Class hosted by the Transcendence Project at Out on the Shelf. This inclusive, beginner-friendly session is designed to help 2SLGBTQIA+ folks build confidence, learn practical skills, and feel safer in their bodies and communities. Come as you are—no experience needed, just a willingness to show up for yourself and each other.

Accessibility: This event is hosted at 10C, a community hub in Guelph. 10C is an accessible space with elevator access and gender neutral washrooms. They also encourage a scent free environment.
