Out on the Shelf

We are excited to host another queer yoga and meditation event at York Road Park (85 York Road), behind St. Mary’s Church.

Laura Paaren (Commonground Yoga Teacher) and Kale Black (Meditation Facilitator) will be leading this session of relaxation and connection with your mind and body.

Join us under the trees with options for sun and shade. This event is Pay What You Can (PWYC) and there is plenty of parking in the gravel lot, and the spot can also be accessed by foot or bike from the river trail.

After the session, we’ll have some snacks and social time.

Please arrive prepared for the weather and bring a water bottle.
