We will be learning a mix of beginner dances that focus on being connected to ourselves and those around us. Saff and Shawna will demonstrate ways of enhancing some moves as well as modifications that make the dances accessible. So put on your dancing boots and join us as we learn to come together and scoot in unison across the floor!
