Check out the sexual health guide Primed & website Queer Trans Men (for transmen into men). Brazen (for transwomen) is another great example of useful approaches to talking about trans* people’s bodies.
The wide world of Tumblr brought us this piece called Trans 101 for Trans People, which has some lovely ideas about self-care as well as mental and emotional health and wellbeing.
Ontario Human Rights Legislation
In Ontario, there is legislation in place that requires employers, unions, landlords and service providers to accommodate people of any gender identity in services, housing and the workplace. Information about this duty, and other rights of trans* folks, is available through the Ontario Human Rights Commission.
